Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is a combat martial art that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques.
It is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient.
Muay Thai or Thai boxing as its also known is taught at Middleton in a friendly, welcoming & safe environment.

We have classes to suit all ages and our prices start at just 4 for Children and 5 for adults with cheaper family and monthly membership options.
The Coaches
Muay Thai at Middleton is taught by Gregorz Kubiak (Greg) and his assistant coach Mark Grainger who have over 35 year Muay Thai experience between them.
Grzegorz competes professionally, training and fighting under Jompop Kiatphontip of the famed Kiatphontip camp in Leeds.
Grzegorz has fought both in Thailand and at some of the biggest UK shows and currently holds the Northern Champion title at 67kg.
